LBi Atlanta Hires Ernest Quarles and Steve Haber

LBi Atlanta, a leading digital agency, this week announced two new additions to its fast-growing team: Ernest Quarles, as Vice President of Technology, and Steve Haber as Director, Business Development.  LBi Atlanta is Atlanta’s fastest-growing interactive agency, more than doubling its Atlanta staff in the last two years.

 

Ernest Quarles is one of the interactive marketing industry’s top talents, with more than 20 years expertise.  “We are thrilled to have Ernest on our team” said Joe Schab, CEO and Managing Director of LBi Atlanta. “His technical leadership and expertise will help us implement global and world class solutions for our client base, including Graco, Newell Rubbermaid, The Home Depot, Intercontinental Exchange, and The Cliffs Communities.” 

 

  • As vice president of technology, Quarles will be responsible for supervising LBi Atlanta’s growing technology team.  He will lead all technology-related initiatives for clients including Graco, The Cliffs Communities, and Hooked on Phonics.
  • Quarles joins LBi Atlanta from Interwoven MediaBin, where he was a VP of Engineering.
  • He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Morehouse College, a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University.

 

Steve Haber, another top talent who has recently joined the agency, has strong skills in business development and client leadership, with a background combining traditional brand marketing with the world of new media.  

 

  • Haber has spent more than 20 years guiding Fortune 500 clients in the effective branding and advertising of their products and services, as a senior ad executive for agencies such as DDB, Grey, Tracy-Locke and Scali, and businesses including American Airlines, Red Lobster, Marriott, Denny’s, Embassy Suites, Sempra Energy, micronpc.com, Scott’s, Procter & Gamble, Sara Lee and many more.
  • Recently, Haber was Senior Vice President, Digital Media Solutions for Livid Media, assisting advertisers to reach "affluent and active” customers.  He has worked in business development for several national and regional advertising agencies and interactive firms, including Goldberg Moser O’Neill, WestWayne, Organic and Avenue A/Razorfish. 
  • Haber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Lafayette College, and has a Marketing MBA degree from The University of Michigan.
