While agents at Sharp Residential keep busy selling homes at their assigned communities and making themselves available to answer interested home buyer’s questions, they also frequently take the time to recognize other agents in the area who have sold Sharp Residential homes. On Tuesday, Sept. 25, Sharp Residential agents from around Cobb and Paulding Counties visited the Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners office on Dallas Highway to discuss Sharp’s agent incentive program, “Sharp Pay,” and talk about the various Sharp neighborhoods located in the area.
“We enjoy giving these office presentations to recognize all those agents who have sold a Sharp Residential home in front of their friends and co-workers,” said Ginny Bishop, Director of Marketing for Sharp Residential. “It is also a great opportunity to explain our ‘Sharp Pay’ program in more detail and discuss what great inventory homes we have that can close now. At this particular office presentation, we focused on the products available at Seven Hills and Bentwater at Winding Creek in Paulding County and West Park in Cobb County.”
Sharp Residential builds quality, sought after homes, and for each Sharp home an agent sells, they are rewarded with a Visa Gift Card. The values of the cards range in price with the amount of homes sold. The rewards are as follows: $1,000 for one, $2,500 for two and $5,000 each for three or more homes sold throughout this year.
There were five agents at the Keller Williams office who have sold a Sharp home this year and all were rewarded their “Sharp Pay” which was a $1,000 Visa gift card. Those agents who had sold a Sharp home this year included: Connie Carlson, Scott and Jennifer Roma, Laura Miller-Edwards and Yeda Jasmin.
Approximately 75 agents were in attendance at the presentation which featured a breakfast provided by Atlanta New Home Guide Data Book Professional Edition. In addition to the agents who received their “Sharp Pay,” those who dropped their business card in a dish when they arrived were eligible to win a Sharp goodie bag which included a stuffed animal Shar-Pei (which is the signature mascot for Sharp’s current agent incentive), and a dog shaped cookie cutter with a dog biscuit recipe. Other giveaways were also awarded including a Sharp Residential notebook with pen, a Sharp Residential water bottle, and Starbucks and Target gift cards.
Agents from each of the three Sharp Residential communities represented spoke briefly about their communities, and all agents at the Keller Williams office also received a packet of information about each of the communities.
