Parmenter Realty Partners, owner and manager of Overlook III, announced today that the international marketing firm of dunnhumbyUSA signed a lease for 11,500 square feet of office space in the Class A high-rise. Scheduled to open this November, the office will be dunnhumbyUSA’s first “official” location in Atlanta and its second U.S. office.

“Overlook III was among several buildings in Atlanta’s northwest quadrant that dunnhumbyUSA considered,” said John Davidson, Southeast Regional Director of Parmenter Realty Partners. “We are honored and elated it’s been chosen for the firm’s new home here.”

Simon Hay, CEO of dunnhumbyUSA, said that his firm opened a smaller, temporary Atlanta office at 3350 Riverwood Parkway in June 2007. “We selected Overlook III for our ‘official’ address here because it meets all of our space criteria and provides a very convenient, accessible location for serving our rapidly expanding base of Atlanta and Southeastern U.S. clients,” he said. “This office will play a key role in fueling our growth in the region.”

“We also like the building’s look and feel, and the many superb amenities it offers our employees,” Hay continued. He added that the office will initially open with 15 employees, grow to 25 employees by the Spring of 2008, and can eventually accommodate a staff of 50. A number of these employees will relocate from dunnhumbyUSA’s Cincinnati office, with remaining staff being newly recruited personnel.

Located in the center of the Vinings area of Atlanta near I-285, I-75 and U.S. Hwy. 41, Overlook III is a 2006 winner of the prestigious TOBY (“The Office Building of the Year”) Award. Parmenter Realty Partners acquired ownership and management of the 22-story, 438,000-square-foot tower in March 2007, with leasing provided by Lincoln Property Company.
