At a recent Tenant Appreciation Holiday Party, John Davidson, southeast regional director of Parmenter Realty Partners which owns and manages the Overlook III office building, presented Bill Baldwin, president of Inter-Tech, Ltd., an appreciation award for 20 years of loyalty at the Class A structure. Inter-Tech has been a tenant of the Vinings-area high rise since it opened in 1987.

Of the office tower Baldwin said, “Overlook III is the premier building in Atlanta. It’s been a joy to come here every day for 20 years.” He adds, “Obviously I like the building which is always kept up to date, or I wouldn’t have stayed so long!”

Davidson noted that all of the properties Parmenter purchases have classic lines and remain timeless. He said, “We look for properties that are not trendy and will look good 15 years from now.”

Currently, Parmenter is actively trying to acquire additional properties in the Atlanta area – mainly in the central Perimeter area and niche markets.
