Wine and Dine is an upscale outdoor spring festival featuring wine, food, fashion and music on Saturday, May 12 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Greens at Villa Christina (4000 Summit Boulevard, Atlanta 30319). Guests will enjoy samples of fine wines and tastes from more than 12 upscale local restaurants. The estimated attendance is approximately 1000-1500 attendees.
Tickets are $40 in advance, $50 at the door, and $70 VIP tickets in advance, $80 at the door. This is an all inclusive ticket that will include a program, souvenir wine glass and admission to all areas (excluding VIP) of the festival.
Fine wines from the world's premier wine-making regions will be poured at the event. Like the restaurants, each will have a station to showcase their wine and discuss their wines with attendees. Wine and cheese seminars presented by the Atlanta Wine School will be held throughout the day and will be included in the ticket price.
The festival will include more than 12 of Atlanta’s top fine dining restaurants. Each restaurant will have a station that they can use to showcase their food and promote their restaurant. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit these stations and sample each restaurant’s fare. Chef cooking demonstrations will take place throughout the day and will be included in the ticket price.
Wine and Dine Events, LLC will produce an ongoing fashion show during the event. A runway will be provided for the fashion show. Retailers will have the opportunity to participate in a 10 min show every hour.
To incorporate music into the event, a music stage will have at least 2 bands playing throughout the day. Latin jazz, salsa, reggae, jump blues, and up swing types of music will be played.
The Epilepsy Foundation of GA (EFGA) will be the sole beneficiary for this event. They will receive a portion of the proceeds from the event. This partnership is also intended to create additional awareness for their organization. The mission of the EFGA is to ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences; and to prevent, control and cure Epilepsy.
