The City of Kennesaw is pleased to announce the grand opening of Fuller’s Chase, Kennesaw’s newest mixed-use development.

Fuller’s Chase will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony to be held at 5 p.m.,Tuesday, May 20 at 2950 Cherokee St., in Kennesaw.

The first phase of Fuller’s Chase is truly mixed-use in every way - featuring a combination of restored historic structures and new construction for both professional office and residential uses. The second phase contains 28 town homes with historic period designs compatible with Phase 1. The townhomes average 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and offer amenities such as elevators for senior-oriented living.

Fuller’s Chase is zoned retail, restaurant, office or residential mixed-use. The historic homes moved to the site have been completely renovated and provide a unique character and atmosphere not found in other mixed-use developments. Restored historic homes include the 1895 Frey House, which includes a wraparound porch, 10-foot ceilings, five rooms on the main floor, antique doors and hardwood floors.

Fuller’s Chase is located within walking distance to Downtown Kennesaw and is also conveniently located near I-75 and the Cobb County/McCollum Airport. It is also close to Kennesaw State University, the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History and Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield.

There are four properties currently for sale in the first phase ranging from $385,900 to $559,000. An additional build-to-suit lot is available for purchase at $150,000 and is approximately .20 acre. For additional information, please contact Jim Glover at Harry Norman Realtors at 678-581-7305.

Be sure to come and tour the fully decorated model, which offers many comforts and amenities most often found only in custom build homes. This eclectic community offers a homeowner a Bed & Breakfast feeling nestled right in the heart of Historic Kennesaw.
