Hardwoods will be finished, and carpeting will be fully installed. All appliances (refrigerator optional) should be installed and operational, and the home’s interior should be completely cleaned. These are a few of requirements which will allow quick move in by homebuyers.

Four of the five Blue Ribbon Program homes at Brookview Manor have master bedrooms on the first-floor, while one home has a large master suite with a fireplace on the second level. This home also has a guest suite on the first-floor.
