The Marietta Pilgrimage Christmas Home Tour has been bestowed with another honor. The Southeast Tourist Society has once again named the tour as a Top Twenty Event in the Southeast. This is the eleventh time the tour has been so honored, putting it in the same category as Christmas at Biltmore and Fantasy in Lights at Callaway.

The latest award joins previous honors such as the American Bus Association's "Top 100 Events in North America" and the "Dan Biggers Special Event Award" given by the Georgia Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus. These awards demonstrate that the tour has become one of the premier events in Georgia and the Southeast.

The 2007 edition of the Marietta Pilgrimage Christmas Home Tour will be held December 1-2 and will feature historic homes in the Kennesaw Avenue/Northwest Marietta Historic District. Tour houses will be announced in August.
