McCar Homes is pleased to announce that the fully decorated model home is now open at Cobb County’s single-family home community, Springbrook Estates. The community will offer a wide range of floor plans and will feature homes from McCar’s Prestige, Hearth, Premier and Homestead Collections. The single-family homes at Springbrook Estates are priced from the $220,000s, and interested shoppers are encouraged to tour the newly opened model home in the community.

“The model home gives prospective homeowners an opportunity to take a sneak peak at all of the wonderful features that Springbrook Estates homes include as well as experience the small town charm of Powder Springs,” said Mike Taylor, Vice President, Atlanta West Division of McCar Homes. “We are very excited about all that this community has to offer, from the great location and excellent amenities to the spacious floorplans and elegant interiors.”

The model home at Springbrook Estates is the Inverness floorplan from the Preserve Collection and is 2,715 square feet, with four bedrooms and two and one half baths. The home features a two-story foyer and family room, breakfast area and formal dining room, study, two car garage, welcoming front porch and versatile rear patio.

The homes at Springbrook Estates will feature craftsman-style painted trim and charming carriage-style garage doors. In keeping with the original Craftsman movement, McCar Homes has incorporated loft areas or galleries into the floorplans, providing even more space for entertaining guests and living comfortably.

The floorplans available also offer open view galleries, sunrooms with 2-sided fire places, spacious master suites (many with sitting areas), master on main floor plans and first floor bedroom or study options.

Homes at Springbrook Estates range in size up to 3,981 square feet and 6 bedrooms. Many of the homes also offer dramatic elevations including shingle, shake, siding, and stone combinations. Inside, homeowners will enjoy the luxurious touches throughout, including hardwoods in the foyers and powder rooms, recess can lighting and maple cabinets.

In addition to the great features found both inside and outside of the homes, the community backs up to Downtown Powder Springs, and is located just one mile from the Silver Comet Trail. Downtown Powder Springs offers an array of shops, restaurants and events. Not only does Springbrook Estates offer superb convenience to homeowners, but there is also a community pool, tennis courts, playground, multipurpose fields, and nature trails offering plenty to do without ever having to leave the neighborhood.

Children at Springbrook Estates attend Powder Springs Elementary, Cooper Middle, and McEachern High schools.
