Located in Cobb County, the Towns of Crescent Park truly has something for everyone. From first time home buyers to those looking for an easy, low maintenance lifestyle, this townhome community has something for every end of the spectrum. With a premiere location in Circle 75, this extraordinary Live/Work/Play sidewalk community is receiving rave reviews from current residents. The Towns of Crescent Park features three-story Brownstone-style brick townhomes priced from $324,900.
Casey Hart moved into his three-bedroom, three and one-half bath townhome at the Towns of Crescent Park in June 2007. He was a first time homebuyer relocating from an apartment in Marietta and he currently lives alone. Since he lives by himself, he was able to turn one of the bedrooms into a guest bedroom and the other into an office. When shopping for his first home, Hart stopped looking when he found the Towns of Crescent Park because he felt no other communities could compete.
“Hands down, no other community could beat the location,” said Hart. “In addition, there are many features about my home that made this community truly stand out among others, like the fact that I have a two-car garage. Most townhome communities only have a one-car garage. The standard features, like granite countertops, hardwood floors, trey ceilings and crown molding, are considered upgraded features at other places. And, the most appealing thing of all, is that all of these features did not make the price of the homes skyrocket.”
Martin and Darlene Brannon are empty-nesters that were specifically looking for the easy, low-maintenance lifestyle that a townhome community provides. They moved into their three- bedroom, three and one-half bath townhome at the Towns of Crescent Park in May 2007. Like Hart, the Brannons were especially drawn to the Towns of Crescent Park because of the location.
“The community is basically across the street from Cumberland Mall and the Cobb Galleria,” said Darlene Brannon. “In addition to having every restaurant and store within a five-mile radius of our home, we are extremely convenient to I–285 and I-75, which makes a commute anywhere else convenient also.”
The Brannon home has an open floorplan where the kitchen opens to the living and dining rooms. This layout makes cooking for the family much more enjoyable as Darlene can watch the grandchildren play in the living room while she is in the kitchen preparing meals. Above and beyond the luxurious standard features of every home, the Brannons added a few upgrades in the kitchen to help customize their townhome including under cabinet lighting and a tile backsplash.
All of the townhomes at The Towns of Crescent Park offer superior quality construction and attention to detail, along with an extensive list of standard options that will most definitely exceed today’s homebuyers’ expectations. Standard options found throughout the homes include rich hardwood floors;10-foot ceilings with recessed lighting; elaborate millwork with three-piece crown molding; judges paneling; trey ceilings in the master and guest bedrooms; built-in cabinets and bookshelves; and cook’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops and oversized center islands great for entertaining. All homes are also pre-wired for whole house sound and security systems.
When complete, the community will consist of 107 townhomes. Homeowners can choose from one of four floorplans ranging in size from 2,100 to more than 2,300 square feet with three or four bedrooms and three and one-half baths.
To visit the community, take I-75 to I-285 West. Follow I-285 to Exit 20. Turn right off the exit (going North) onto Cobb Parkway/Highway 41. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Circle 75 Parkway. Go approximately one mile, and make a left onto Herodian Way. The entrance to Circle 75 will be on the left.
