Online registration for the City of Kennesaw's All-Star Summer Day Camp is now available at www.kennesaw-ga.gov/pkrec. Walk-in, mail and fax registration began April 15.

Ten weeks of camp will be offered from June 2 through August 7. Each week of camp is based on a different theme, which is incorporated into scheduled camp activities whenever possible. Camp hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Parents can choose from full day, morning or afternoon sessions.

Registration is limited, and the program maintains a ratio of one counselor for every nine campers. Cost for Kennesaw city residents is $135 per week for a full day camp, or $75 for a half day camp. Non-residents pay an additional $10 per week.

Activities include arts and crafts, sports, games, indoor & outdoor play and family friendly movies. Some weeks may include special guest speakers, demonstrations and field trips to area attractions. Free supervised recreational play will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (full day and morning session only), and from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (full day and afternoon session only).
