“Narnia, the Musical ” plays at the Blackwell Playhouse from April 17 – May 10. ''Narnia'' tells the story of four schoolchildren who unexpectedly plunge through a magical wardrobe into a glistening forest kingdom of perpetual winter. The treacherous White Witch who presides over this ominous Arctic landscape lures Edmund, the most emotionally insecure of the four, into her clutches with sweets. His rescue, supervised by the benevolent, golden-maned Lion King, Aslan, who has returned after a long absence to reclaim the kingdom as his own, becomes an epic struggle between good and evil. This show runs every Friday and Saturday night at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $16 for adults and $14 for students and seniors.
