Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Offers Free Movie Screening

Captain Jack is back! The charming rogue pirate Captain Jack Sparrow returns on Saturday, August 25 for a swashbuckling, non-stop joyride as the City of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Department presents a free screening of Walt Disney Pictures’ 2006 summer blockbuster Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest at the Kennesaw Community Center, 2753 Watts Drive. The movie will begin at 6 p.m. Seating is limited.

Come dressed in your best pirate gear for a costume contest. Prizes will be awarded along with other seaworthy surprises. Refreshments will also be available for purchase. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of adventure violence, including frightening images.
