On Wednesday, May 7, Aflac will partner to host more than 75 children from the Aflac Cancer Center and Blood Disorder Services of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for a pre-game party and an Atlanta Braves’ baseball game. The party begins at 5 p.m. ET followed by the Braves’ game against the San Diego Padres at 7 p.m. ET. The Braves’ game will be televised on FSN South, with Braves LIVE pre-game coverage beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The children and their families will be treated to a pre-game meal, a meet-and-greet with select Atlanta Braves’ players including Atlanta Braves player Jeff Francoeur and carnival games, including clowns, magicians and face painters, at the Golden Moon Pavilion at Turner Field.

Two children will join FSN South and SportSouth play-by-play announcer Jon Sciambi and analyst Joe Simpson in the broadcast booth during the fourth inning for the Aflac Trivia Question promotion, where they will read and answer a trivia question live during the game telecast. In addition, one child from the Aflac Cancer Center will be chosen as the Honorary Team Captain, participating in the Braves’ line up card exchange before first pitch.

“Aflac is proud to sponsor this 14th annual night of fun and baseball for these courageous children. We hope to make this a memorable night for them and their deserving families, who provide so much support," said Kathelen Amos, president of the Aflac Foundation.
